No. Analyses you buy never expire and work on any US property whenever you’re ready. There is no monthly fee and no deadline to use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-off charge for a set number of analyses — nothing renews, nothing is billed again, and there is nothing to cancel. Buying a larger pack simply lowers the price per analysis.
What do I get in each analysis?
An itemized repair budget, after-repair value (ARV), a 0–100 deal score, projected flip profit, and a full rental (buy-and-hold) projection with cap rate and cash-on-cash — pulled from live property data and priced by AI.
How accurate is it?

Can I get a refund?
Yes — you can request your money back on any unused credits within 14 days of purchase. That 14 days is the refund window, not an expiry date: your credits themselves never expire, so there’s no rush to use them.
