These outputs are estimates and opinions, not facts. ARVIQ is not a licensed real estate appraiser, home inspector, contractor, broker, lender, tax advisor, attorney, or financial advisor, and nothing on the Service constitutes an appraisal, inspection report, or professional advice of any kind.
