Refund Policy

ARVIQ sells one-time analysis credits— there is no subscription, and nothing renews. Your first analysis is free. This policy explains when credits can be refunded. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Unused credits

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. We refund the pro-rated amount for credits you have not spent, to your original payment method. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.

This is a refund window, not an expiry date.Credits do not expire. If you buy a pack and don’t use it for six months, it is still there waiting for you — the 14 days only limits how long you have to change your mind and ask for your money back.

2. Used credits

A credit is “used” the moment an analysis is generated and delivered to you. Because each analysis consumes live property data and AI compute that we pay for, credits already spent on a delivered report are non-refundable.

3. Failed or incomplete analyses

If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance and no charge is consumed. If you believe you were charged for a report you never received, email us and we will investigate and make it right.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you were billed more than once for the same purchase, or you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us within 60 days and we will refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charge in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@arviq.space from the email address on your account, with the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
