Terms of Service

Welcome to ARVIQ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARVIQ website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ARVIQ provides AI-generated real estate investment analyses, including estimated repair costs, After-Repair Value, rent, and deal metrics. All outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and are subject to our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. The Service does not provide appraisals, inspections, or financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Accounts

You may run a limited number of analyses without an account. Some features require you to create an account using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Payments, credits & refunds

Your first analysis is free. Additional analyses are purchased as one-time credits in packs. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

  • One credit is consumed each time an analysis is generated and delivered to you.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
  • If an analysis fails due to an error on our side, the credit is returned to your balance.
  • There is no subscription. Every purchase is a single charge for a fixed number of analyses. Nothing renews, nothing is billed to you again, and there is nothing to cancel.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: unused credits are refundable within 14 days; credits already spent on a delivered report are not.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
  • Scrape, overload, rate-abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its APIs;
  • Use the Service, or any report, score, or output from it, to build, train, or operate a competing product or service, or to create derivative works from it;
  • Resell or redistribute the Service’s outputs as professional appraisals or advice;
  • Submit false license information or impersonate any person or entity;
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or authentication.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for any violation, or for any reason, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by ARVIQ and its operators. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit (such as an address). You may use analyses you generate for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Disclaimer.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI providers, property-data providers, authentication, and hosting. Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARVIQ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or investment, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARVIQ and its operators from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
